Yes. Registration is required to assist with planning.

No. All who have been previously incarcerated are welcome to attend. Participants in the Resurrection Industries Six-Month Program are required to participate unless excused.

Our target audience are those who are previously incarcerated. An immediate family member offering support and/or gathering information for an incarcerated relative nearing release may join occasionally. We ask that this information be proactively brought to the attention of the host prior to the start of the meeting and in the event of a filled to capacity meeting, preference will be given to those we serve.

ALL FORMERLY INCARCERATED ADULTS AGE 18 AND OVER ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE REGARDLESS OF RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. RACE. COLOR. SEX, DISABILITY, AFFECTIONAL OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY. ETHNICITY NATIONAL ORIGIN, AGE, OR SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS. We do serve those under 18 in juvenile facilities, one on one or in an all juvenile setting.

Guest speakers range from subject matter experts to service providers and those who were previously incarcerated with powerful testimonies. Care is taken by Resurrection Industries to invite presenters who provide relevant and requested reentry topic information.

We conduct the meeting as the Spirit of God moves and encourage group interaction, but generally speaking…

  • Welcome & Prayer
  • Introduction
  • Organizational Update
  • Message of Hope / Christian Group Counseling
  • Break
  • Reentry Topic
  • Tell Me Something Good
  • Prayer Circle
  • Closing  / Fellowship

Light refreshments (snack & drink) are available when budget permits.

We will do our best to share topics in advance, but that is not always feasible. Topics will be relevant to the needs of those previously incarcerated. While meeting themes are pre-planned, they serve as guidance only. We will conduct the meeting as the Spirit leads.
